Shipping and Returns
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Exchanges and/or returns are only accepted for items that were damaged when received or can be exchanged for the correct size of same product if approved. Must be unworn, scent free, unwashed, tags still attached. Shoes can only be exchanged only if sizing is incorrect or damaged when received. Everything must be unworn and packaged just as they came.
ITEMS THAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE: Hats, Intimates, Accessories, Jewelry, Bodysuits, Sale items.
Store credit can only be issued within 14 days of merchandise ship date for domestic delivery, and 30 days for international customers.
We do not offer return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping payment when returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 2-3 days on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above.
Once your item has shipped and tracking information has been provided Jensen Elizabeth is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
All orders typically process and ship out within 2-3 business days.
Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.
Some orders do require extra time to prepare/fulfill, we will contact you if there seems to be any unusual delays.
